My name is Mario Tepov, and I am currently a Global Product Manager at IBM, responsible for Power-related offering products.
I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from France, where I lived and worked for ten years before returning to Bulgaria. I joined IBM shortly after my return and have now been part of the company for over 11 years, during which I’ve had the opportunity to lead diverse teams across customer support, finance, parts, availability, and order management.
Before taking on my current role, I served as Regional Manager for France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, leading the technical support team for IBM Power hardware. That experience helped me build a strong understanding of both customer needs and team leadership across different markets.
In my current position, I focus on developing and managing IBM’s global Power portfolio—driving innovation, improving client experience, and supporting the continuous evolution of our technology offerings.
